Just curious – is Mxyzptlk dead? I remember him being killed in Infinite Crisis or the lead up to it. Is that still true, or did some walls-of-reality-punching bring him back?

I don't think being killed means very much in the DC Universe. Let's see, Superman was dead, Supergirl, Green Lantern a couple of times. Flash. Jason Todd is back from the dead. Is Spoiler back? Seems a shame to resurrect one "Robin" and not another. DC has had a Suicide Squad for a while. I think they should have a Resurrection Crew, a super team made up entirely of heroes who know what it's like to be dead! Deadman and the Specter could be mission leaders.According to Wikipedia, DC Executive Editor Mike Carlin appears as "the Supreme Being" in Superman: The Man of Steel #75, bringing Mr. Mxyzptlk back to life. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_CarlinBut Mxyztlplk might have died again since then.
