Disney Entertainment, owner of damn near everything in the entertainment world, is planning on purchasing Marvel Entertainment. The purchase price is purportedly $4,000,000,000. That’s four billion, for the zero challenged.
No word on what will happen to the current crew of Marvel employees, but as of this writing the House of Idea is not expected to move to the west coast.

Holy Crap! I don't even know how to react to this but it feels like bad news. I'm with you Alan, I don't think anything good will come from Disney peeking over Marvels shoulder to give then 'Notes' and 'Suggestions' on how they want their newest acquisition to do better.Now we really have a Dark Reign to deal with.
So now what happens to Universal Studio's Themepark Island dedicated to Marvel characters?
