I use an iPod touch for apps to keep myself organized, and a verizon phone for making calls. Cause I like to send and receive actual phone calls. 10 bucks for an upgrade seems silly for me at this point, but it's rare that I find myself in need of wifi access and those apps that use it.

As far as comic reading goes on the iPhone... No thanks. I like to read my books on normal paper, or on a nice big screen. Comic Art should be enjoyed in larger visual spaces than a tiny iPhone... but that's just my opinion.

As much as I enjoy webcomics, both here and on other sites, there is just no comparison to actually holding a comic (or book) in your hands. I'm sure that for a younger generation the iPod, Kindle, etc. are fine for reading, but for Old Farts like me it will never be the same. Hell, I have been able to read my copy of Moby Dick for over twenty years and the batteries haven't died yet! :-)
