Martha Thomases brought more comics to the attention of more people than anyone else in the industry. Her work promoting The Death of Superman made an entire nation share in the tragedy of one of our most iconic American heroes. As a freelance journalist, she has been published in the Village Voice, High Times, Spy, the National Lampoon, Metropolitan Home, and more. For Marvel comics she created the series Dakota North. Martha worked as a researcher and assistant for the author Norman Mailer on several of his books, including the Pulitzer-Prize-winning Executioner's Song, On Women and Their Elegance, Ancient Evenings, and Harlot's Ghost.

My main issue with the Women’s March is the name. Calling it a women’s march implies it speaks for all women. It obviously does not evidenced by denying pro-life feminists to march. It would more rightly be named The Progressive March; a Wholely-Owned Subsidiary of Planned Parenthood.

George, this might surprise you, but when I heard that the organizers of the Women’s March would not allow the organizations and women who are against abortion to march, I was not happy. So much for democratic ideals as in “I may not agree with what you say, but I’ll defend to the death your right to say it.”
