I read Thor with Jane Foster but none of the other titles listed. Captain America, Hawkeye, Iron Man, Hulk and Captain Marvel are already established characters with a history. Plugging new people of any race or gender into those roles is an attempt to capitalize on that history for the sake of social engineering.
Why not create entirely new characters of diverse races and genders? Because that is more work and a carries a greater risk of failure.

This is happening with Star Wars also. The original trilogy told the story of Luke’s journey Writer Andrew Klavan wrote: “The journey of coming to terms with oneself is a child’s journey. Complete the journey successfully and you should then be ready to move on to engage with the complexities of the real world. The first Star Wars trilogy took us through that myth completely. Dramatically speaking, there is now nothing to do with it but plug black guys and women into the old roles in the hopes that will make the franchise seem as diverse as it is psychologically meaningless.”
