I never went to see Batman V Superman because the trailers and hype made it seem like a movie I wouldn’t enjoy. I was skeptical about Squad but over time there’s been enough in the trailers for me to go see it. Might not be opening weekend but I’ll see it in theaters.

John will be offering his comments this weekend, Kyle, and it’s only appropriate that he gets there first. But I will say this: I was sitting next to him at the World Premiere, and we spent that time sitting among five DC Comics presidents (only one who’s retired). We all had a really good time.

I’d love to know what you thought of the film, Mike, and of course, am looking forward to reading what the squad’s daddy, Mr Ostrander, made of it, too.

For the record, I liked BATMAN VS SUPERMAN in it’s “ultimate cut” form much better than the theatrical cut. It did what it needed to, which is to say, it world-built, and hopefully that world will get the chance to thrive and expand.
