    Personally, i thought the porn Scooby Doo parody was better (and way funnier) than any of the TV versions, and will almost certainly be better than this drek …

    Never liked SD. Remember seeing it for the first time, and hating it. Tried watching it the next week, and left the room five minutes after it started. I figured the first might have been a fluke and decided to give the second episode a chance. Boy, was I wrong…

      I agree, but I can’t argue its success. Check out Scooby-Doo in IMDB and you’ll see about 52,000 different teevee series, movies, original DVDs, and such. (OK, I didn’t actually count, but that’s ‘cuz I can only count to 21). And seeing Adriane’s enthusiasm just goes to show how important our childhood pleasures are to us. For example, nobody under the age of 50 can understand why I like the Batman story “The Gorilla Boss of Gotham City.” And I understand that. It’s not noted on anybody’s top 25 Batman stories list. But I read it in Giant Batman Annual #3 when I was pushing 12 years old, and I loved it. Actually, I loved that entire annual…
