    I enjoyed this one. “Jumping Jim” Brunzell used to live in my neighborhood. He actually had a Gym, Jumping Jim’s Gym” about two blocks from my mother’s house. I never met him. I grew up with the AWA, a mid-west, old-school league out of Minneapolis. Many big names got their start or came through the ranks of AWA, including Ventura and Hogan. Of course, McMahon crushed the AWA, stole the stars, even the star announcers.

  2. Vince is hardly alone. There’s a little of “the devil” in all of us. Indeed, the commission of evil deeds in pursuit of economic and social advantage continues to be the dominant paradigm among the human majority at all levels and in all cultures. Here’s a song about that:
