Yeah, I thought they were going to do a 2-hour block of programming, as well, and they should have. I am totally in agreeement with you on GL: TAS. The pilot wasn’t that good but the series really, truly blossomed as it went on. Week after week, as I watched the show on-demand, I found myself totally engrossed by the cast of characters and the adventures they found themselves in. They became a family, not so much a band of brothers, and it was literally them against the universe.

What gets on my nerves is why these shows that have found and profoundly developed their creative voices get discarded so quickly. I feel the same way about Avengers EMH, and while I still enjoyed the 2nd season, I still wasn’t convinced that Jeph Leob and Men of Action’s influence on the show was going to be a good thing (I’m with you on Ultimate Spider-Man). It seems like Avengers Assemble is going to be more of the same.

Well, heartful thanks and congratulations to the creative teams of both GL: TAS and Young Justice. You guys did a fantastic job and I will be buying the COMPLETE SEASON sets for both series when they are released. And thanks for showing that is still plenty of life and many stories to tell in the superhero genre. Y’know, the gift that keeps on giving.

I am totally PO’d about the cancellation of Young Justice. It’s one of the best animated series to come out of DC. Help me save this show by signing the petition:
