  80. jd says:

Hello ! Thanks for the list. Who knows when I ever will go to sleep now?

I’d like to take the opportunity to add three more to this already overflowing list: No Need For Bushido for the wonderful mix of serious epic and nonsensical humour – and medieval Japan for Musashi’s sake, Out There because, well, it’s there – and it’s simply so good, and No Pink Ponies because, you know, it’s Eisu. I’m not sure it’s not invalidated by the “not on hiatus” rule because it may have been updated only once since the beginning of the year. The latest strips are dated in 2010 but have been uploaded much later (and I know for a fact the latest one has been uploaded in 2012). That’s because Eisu is currently trying to catch up with lost time and his strips are backdated.

  81. Ryan V says:

    I second Red Moon Rising.

  82. Bryan says:

    Why not Kakujomics.com? *Zoidberg Face*

  83. HMRC4EVR says:

I just found this list a little while ago and though it’s probably too late to add anyone I have to AT LEAST give a major shout out to some of my favorite web comics not on the list

    Sabrina Online http://www.sabrina-online.com/archive.html

One of the oldest web comics that started in 1996

    SANFU COMICS (specifically)

Powerpuff Girls Doujinshi-the continuning adventures of the PPG’s!

    http://ppg.snafu-comics.com/index.php?comic_id=0

    and

Grim Tales-The further adventures of Grim…and Mandy?? And their kids????

    http://grim.snafu-comics.com/?comic_id=0

So best of luck to everyone, but I hope some folks find my favorites interesting too!

  84. greenbean says:

Graydon mentioned The Inexplicable Adventures of Bob! earlier, but left out the URL. It’s at http://bobadventures.comicgenesis.com

  85. Dvon says:

Fairly new with promise: Our Intrepid Crew

Rebooted in a more realistic style: Moon Town

  86. Lester says:

What about Minor Acts of Heroism??? http://www.minoractsofheroism.com/

  87. Jack says:

PartiallyClips and Zortic meet your definitions but are not included.

  88. F. Lee says:

I would love to throw in my nomination of Ugly Vampire!
. . . Either way, more people need to see this comic, seriously.
    http://www.uglyvampire.com

  89. CJ says:

how about Of Stars and Swords? http://ofstarsandswords.com
    or Valkyrie Squadron: http://www.valkyriesquadron.com/

  90. Rooth says:

Such a huge list really ought to have Broken Plot Device

Though they’re taking guest artists this month, they’ve been very active and regularly scheduled for years, and will continue shortly.

  91. crashe3 says:

    aaah double k it is

  92. SKPbranigan says:

Nerd Rage should totally be on this list! http://www.nerdragecomic.com/index.php?date=2012-02-24

  93. Ticker says:

I was going through the list of comics a second time when I came across some comics that I read all the time, but didn’t notice was on the list until after I voted. Is there some way to take back and the resubmit a vote?

  94. misau says:

    I can’t find Grey is… on the list D: http://greyismanga.com

  95. Lynne says:

I didn’t see The Fox Sister (www.thefoxsister.com) or Sacred Heart (www.lizsuburbia.com) on this list. Sadness!

  96. MarkusN says:

Not that I want it removed – the comic is great – but by your definition “The Meek” is on hiatus.

  97. Karla says:

Question here: Why aren’t these separated by category? Such as genre, or at the very least, strip vs. panel? How is pitting “Kawaii Not” against “Looking For Group” even remotely logical?

  98. Kelly Anne says:

So glad it’s on here, but John Allison’s current comic is called Bad Machinery, and not Scary Go Round. SGR ended, though the new comic is a spin-off and is hosted on the old SGR site.

  99. artemi says:

    No Misfile.com?

…Oh, wait, this list just isn’t alphabetical in the least. *laugh*

  100. Sultmhoor says:

Are you fucking serious? Maakies, Achewood, and Overcompensating are on there but Blur the Lines is not safe for work?

    I’mma call BULL. SHIT.

  101. JL says:

    Where’s SMBC?

  102. JL says:

Gah, I’m too dumb to vote. See Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal now…

  103. Emmie says:

I’d like to nominate http://www.amyachronicles.com if there’s still room on that giant list.

  104. Ashanti says:

No Need For Bushido, Original Life, of and Generation 17 are pretty good. Great artwork.
    https://jaynaylor.com/originallife/ http://generation17.petitesymphony.com/ http://noneedforbushido.com/latest/
NNFB improves in art over time as well as the story line going deeper along the way.

  105. s.w says:

Hey, you should add the late nominees to the directory too

  106. pewpewzapzap says:

I didn’t get a response over the facebook comment system, so I’ll try again:
So, I may just be channeling the elderly and their internet incompetence, but I can’t figure out how to vote. I was told there are supposed to be checkboxes, but I can’t find any checkboxes?

  107. Ted says:

Awww Challenges of Zona wasn’t there: http://www.soulgeek.com/comics/zona/

  108. Rosscott says:

Thank you all SO MUCH to the 93 of you who voted! Wish I’d known about it a little sooner, I’d

  109. Rosscott says:

Thank you all SO MUCH to the 93 of you who voted! Wish I’d known about it a little sooner, I’d have gladly mentioned it on my site (and voted for myself at least once). Good luck to everyone else!
