There’s nothing to indicate that River Song will marry the Doctor. In fact, we (and the Doctor at this point) have no idea what sort of relationship they’ve had/will have. It’s possible she’ll marry him, but that’s not a guaranteed fact. In “Silence in the Library” River proves she’s known to/will be known to the Doctor by whispering his true name, and he says there’s only one time he could ever reveal such information. But we don’t know what that one time would be. It might have nothing to do with a wedding.

As to River’s repeated “yes” in “The Big Bang” when the Doctor is asking whether she thought he was asking her to marry him or just asking if she was married, there’s a definite teasing tone in her voice.

Again, maybe the Doctor and River will get married and maybe they won’t. But at this point that event hasn’t been established as future fact.

Besides, Cameca from “The Aztecs” has prior claim. The Doctor has yet to make any cocoa (the equivalent of a proposal among the Aztecs (at least those depicted in the series) for River.
