Nice review. Batman: The Brave and the Bold is a clever and well produced series. You are right, the all powerful Batmobile and now transforming cape are a little much and a bit out of character. But this Brave and the Bold animated version of Batman neatly straddles the area between the tongue-in-cheek camp of the Adam West Batman; and the grittier, darker, Bruce Timm-Batman of the 90s animated series.
