I once gave a friend the He-Man Talking Toothbrush. “I’m He-Man. I’m strong as can be, and I brush my teeth with regularity. Once in the morning and once at bedtime and after each meal, so my teeth will shine. You’ll remember this saying, if you rehearse. And you’ll be like the Masters of the Universe!”

That He-Man is a smart fellow. And She-Ra is a babe.

There is a He-Man Talking Toothbrush Group on facebook. http://www.facebook.com/#!/group.php?gid=5928416162 I can’t find enough opportunities to promote it.

Obviously, this was from the Stone Age of the PSA. Nowadays, most of the “inappropriate touching” is committed by the very people that the unfortunate child is supposed to trust. This well-intentioned PSA was made when most people still believed in the old myth that sex crimes (of all sorts) were only perpetrated by “strangers” when scientific studies were already debunking the myth.
