Met him a couple times. He made no strong impression on me aside from a sort of vague memory of a pleasant fellow.

It is premature to declare him dead. The medical examiner has not made an identification. As for anyone knowing how and where to reach him, there are those who do; even if they weren’t the ones taking tally at 9/11. However, two things of note: Froggy closed most of his missives over an extended period of time with the acknowledgment of mortality, as the ultimate future of us all is to presumably mourned by someone. I am one of his friends.
