Judge Dredd Ramps Up Towards 3-D Production

Robert Greenberger is best known to comics fans as the editor of Who's Who In The DC Universe, Suicide Squad, and Doom Patrol. He's written and edited several Star Trek novels and is the author of The Essential Batman Encyclopedia. He's known for his work as an editor for Comics Scene, Starlog, and Weekly World News, as well as holding executive positions at both Marvel Comics and DC Comics.

    I don’t see a need to make this movie in 3D. They could better use that money for, well, everything else related to the film.I hope this one doesn’t suck, though. Dredd’s a pretty cool character and alot of people, even comic fans I know, have a bad opinion of the character solely based on the first movie.

    The original one failed not because of the “vision” of Mega city one. It was because it was a bad film that ran out of money which caused the ending to be rushed. The whole thing was just a bit too camp to take seriously. A good script and a good leading actor (not Stallone) could make this one a decent film
