"Master piece Comics" sounds like the graphic equivalent of the crazed musical mash-ups of a band i love, called Big Daddy – 80s/90s hits done in Fifties styles; imagine van Halen's "Jump" … done as a homage to Eddie Cochrane's "Summertime Blues". Or "I Write the Songs" like "At the Hop".Or "Ebony and Ivory" as a duet between Little Richard and Jerry Lee…Or Mike and the Mechanics' "The living Years" as an absolutely *inspired* mash-up of "Leader of the Pack" and "Deadman's Curve", on their third album, Cutting Their Own Groove. And they did *all* of "Sgt Pepper" for the twenty-fifth anniversary of its release.
