When Disney purchased Pixar, Steve Jobs became the largest Disney shareholder.

When Disney purchases Marvel, where will the Marvel majority shareholders rank among Disney shareholders?

    • Glenn Hauman says:

Issac Perlmutter should have about 21 million shares of Disney stock when all this is said and done. Just over 1% of Disney.

By contrast, Bob Iger has barely half a million shares. Michael Eisner still has 1.4 million shares, Roy Disney has about 16.5 million, and Steve Jobs has about 138 million, 7.4% of the current outstanding shares, which will drop to about 7.1% after stock dilution.
