    Someone please remind me: in which Dramatic Presentation category was Steven Moffatt’s DOCTOR WHO story SILENCE IN THE LIBRARY/FOREST OF THE DEAD? I’m hoping it was Long-Form. It hurts less to see it lose to WALL-E rather than DR HORRIBLE’S SING-A-LONG.

      I think that, since it’s part of an episodic teevee series, it probably counts as Short Form.

      Doctor Who was in Short Form. It was presented by Paul Cornell. When announcing the winner, he paused after the Word "Doctor," since three of the five nominees had that as the first word.

    Just a note that the Hugo photo you are using was the 2008 Hugo. This year's is quite different in appearance.
