You can tell Wasteland is an old comic. It's from back in the days when Michael Jackson was brown. Wasteland was a good anthology. Does DC own the name "Wasteland"? It would be nice to see another open anthology of sci-fi, autobiography and general strange again. Something like Munden's Bar, but even more open ended than that. A place where writers and artists could come play and muck about in a big sandbox filled with weird.

Russ- I don't think names of books can be copyrighted. In any case, DC doesn't own the name Wasteland- there is currently another comic series being published by another publisher also called "Wasteland". Don't remember any details, just remember seeing it in the Diamond catalogue.

The story was based SOMEWHAT on an incident involving someone I knew. The LOGO for Wasteland was trademarked but you can't copyright a word that's in the dictionary.– John
