    Here's the direct link to the video on TED.com: http://www.ted.com/talks/scott_mccloud_on_comics….I personally prefer to watch TED videos on their site; I think their interface is really great, because they divide all the talks up by topic and you can skip directly to whichever aspect interests you.

    Scott McCloud ROCKS! He's the Brian Eno of comics. A philosopher whose thoughts about art are almost more important that their work. Or they tend to blend until philosophy about art and the art become the same thing! I don't understand all of McCloud's concepts. He's way smarter than I am. But he's consistently clever and funny, a joy to read or hear speak.
