Bendis & Maleev to adapt ‘Waiting For Godot’ for Marvel Classics

Adam-Troy Castro, who is best known in the comics community for his Sinister Six trilogy of Spider-Man novels, is also a well-known figure in science fiction, fantasy, and horror. His stories have been nominated for two Hugos, three Stokers, and eight Nebulas. Adam's twenty-first through twenty-sixth books will be a series of young adult novels about the adventures of a very strange young boy named Gustav Gloom, coming soon from Grosset and Dunlap. The first, GUSTAV GLOOM AND THE PEOPLE TAKER, will be out in mid-August.

    I watched this last night at the Bath theatre royal Sir Ian Mckellen was playing Estragon and Patrick Stewart was playing Vladimir and could not help thanking Marvel/ X men ! It was a wonderful production sold out with in the first day of going on sale as its only a week long run !

    I thought that Frank Miller was doing "ALL STAR GODOT" for DC, subtitled, We're Still F***KING Waiting!Meanwhile Mike Baron and Steve Rude are working on their own adaptation, "Waiting for Nexus."

        Are you saying it's billed as the LAST (single issue) Nexus comic ever? Uh … wow. Maybe that's worth waiting for. It's certainly significant. That makes me a little sad.

          From the Dudenews email I got sent on march 18th, Steve says that "this will likely be the very last series that we release as individual comics" so where does it go from here ?? I'm not sure : (
