Of course, Ray Ferry lost a lawsuit about FM before and continued to publish the magazine anyway. He's slime.

I hope that Forry's two fangastic documenataries get released (or re-released) on DVD so that I can get them for my father and myself.

Kind of interesting to me that this says that the judge issued a "summary judgment" which it was not. If I were Ferry, I would be suing the writer of this article for libel and slander. I have read the injunction and see no where that it says it's a summary judgment. Obviously the writer of this story is trying to confuse the public. This is just how slimey this whole thing has gotten. At least try to start telling the truth. It's one thing to report the news. It's another to proport a lie.

Why would anyone who reads this "comment" believe ANYTHING Greenberger writes or says? The way I read this article, Greenberger is not being neutral. He is being petty and hateful. It is very obvious that he does not like Ray Ferry or Connie Bean. Just report the facts, dude! Keep your weak opinions to yourself.

as i understand it, for a 'judgement' of any kind to be rendered, it means the conclusion of the matter. it is a judgement. nothing else to say.Judge Feess, who is presiding over the matter, has issued an Injunction, NOT a Judgement. the matter will be resolved by him sometime late spring or early summer.this is exactly the type of misinformation that has plagued fandom for the past 10-15 years regarding this matter.Ferry could sue for libel, not slander. Slander is 'spoken'.

I know all about what Kim has been through. I introduced Connie Been to Ray and know what slime bags they both are. They tried to rob my house while I was outta town and Connie, as we found out, is a con woman and has conned money outta the Hanna – Barbera (joe barbera jr) family. I'm glad Kim won! Lets get some dignity back to what Ray screwed up in this world!
