The "Man from UNCLE" books ran quite some time after the series ended – though apprently at least two books that had been intended for it got rewritten as SF and released independently. ("Genius Unlimited" by Phillifent and "The Arsenal Out of Time" by McDaniel)

I don't have expanded cable, so I've only been able to start watching this series now that it is hitting syndication. I absolutely love it! And now that I know that there are some delightful novels, I'm going to have to check them out.
