If they do restart the game I certainly hope that they do a few things. 1st the old peices should still be able to be used in the tournaments.(I feel that if they were not allowed to be that at least 1/3 to 1/2 of the players would not pick up the new sets and continue playing). 2nd I would hope that they would have actual game testers that played the game try out the new pieces BEFORE they are sent to print. 3rd, Have someone that understands the rules of english proof read any new powers that they think they might want to create to eliminate having to errat after each new set comes out(How many of you would purchase a car or TV that only had everpiece up to specs 70% of the time?0. 4th Either discontinue 'chase figures' or not make them game killers(EX: Crisis Superman Chase figures. When these were played they won around 72% of the tournments. The only time that I saw a team loose when they were played was when both teams contained one of the figures of the player hid because he was affraid of the other teams outwitters). 5th Not require that players purchase 2 boosters for 4 weeks in a row in order to play at a chance to win a figure(4X2X$12.00=$96.00 or 1 expensive hobby). 6th Give the judges more flexability on designing scenarios (not require that only 1 of 3 events can be unrestricted because sometimes that 6 point molid makes a good piece when I only have 7 points left to build with.) 7th Quit changing the rules(I don't see why Human Torch can not Pulsewave when he is based? He does so in the comics. I also know of many players that quite playing because it got to complicated and the rules changed to often). These are just my rants but I do hope that somehow they could get to any possible new owners for consideration. Since wizkids shut down my regular players went through the rules and all voted on some rule changes that they would play under, Such as all named characters that were not "grunts" or "self duplicating"{ex:Multiplex} were limited to 1 per team unless the scenerio stated they could use more then that. This came about when a player showed up with a theme team of 'Teens' consisting of 3 Dawnstars(with Armor Piercing), 3 Klarions & a Robin with Batman team ability. He totally dominated the tournament by keeping Robin out of the fight, Declaring Dawnstars to be either Batman Ally or Mystics and with their Quary, Hypersonic speed, Willpower and Klarion's Perplexs, the Dawnstars Easily took down Any team they faced. The Player lost Robin once, Klarion once and a Dawnstar 3 times during the tournment while complete KOing the other teams.
