We're talking about something that wouldn't actually happen until three years from now. Truly we have no lives.I'm far more keen on looking forward to seeing what Moffat will do as head of show next (full) season. And what surprises do Tennant and davies have for us this coming year? Will SciFi try and negotiate a simultaneous broadcast of the Christmas episode? Oh, it's gonna be fun.

Why do people still care about who RTD thinks should be the next Doctor? He has no say in it and some of his recomendations are truely horrendous. Amy Winehouse? Seriously?

This will be such a bad, bad choice … memories of him as Mark Grace in Casualty rebound …. a very one – dimensional actor, and I so hope he doesnt get the part

It's funny how Tennant's throwaway comment that Moffat was his new boss turned into "Tennant will shoot the fifth season to air in 2010" (and even more serious assertions elsewhere). As much as I love Tennant and don't want him to go, the sadness is countered by having a good old laugh at all the people who'd just assumed he was definitely doing another series based on a joke!

but having Paterson Joseph as the new doctor wouldn't make sence because of the way he acted in bad wolf / parting of ways he was scared and also wans't he killed by the darleks, so really it would be confusing, however i think tom ward from silent witness would make an excellent new doctor.
