Dabel Bros. to Publish “Dark-Hunter” Manga
Dabel Bros. Publishing recently announced plans to adapt bestselling author Sherrilyn Kenyon’s Dark-Hunter novels as manga-style comics, targeting a 2009 release for the adaptations of the first two books in the series, Night Pleasures and Night Embrace.
Joshua Hale Fialkov (Elk’s Run, Cyblade) will script the adaptations, with Claudia Campos providing the art.

I'm really happy for Sherrilyn, but as an avid reader of her work, I am slightly disappointed to see my favorite characters turned into comic book characters. I will definitely not be purchasing them – I would hate to have my personal visions of hot, dark and sexy Dark-Hunters turned into Japanime style every time I read one of her books. I do hope this endeavor keeps the Dark-Hunter novels coming though!
the art is done well. I thought it was fun. And I was please that over exaggeration technique wasn't used.
