Graphics Noir: GrimJack Returns

Martha Thomases

Martha Thomases brought more comics to the attention of more people than anyone else in the industry. Her work promoting The Death of Superman made an entire nation share in the tragedy of one of our most iconic American heroes. As a freelance journalist, she has been published in the Village Voice, High Times, Spy, the National Lampoon, Metropolitan Home, and more. For Marvel comics she created the series Dakota North. Martha worked as a researcher and assistant for the author Norman Mailer on several of his books, including the Pulitzer-Prize-winning Executioner's Song, On Women and Their Elegance, Ancient Evenings, and Harlot's Ghost.

Makes me wonder if the Grim Team isn't working on proving there is a huge market for a Grimjack Movie. With the mini-series last year, and this action here (which I'm looking forward to), I'll file this under "Things to make ya say 'Hmmmmmmmm'". See ya at Munden's!! – Bob

will we ever see how GRIMJACK obtained his signature scar. i imagine it was when he was in the pit or maybe it was from the demon wars. i would like to know what happened to the person who gave John his mark. one last question, who came up with the demon star ? i have a front licence plate with that design that i had made back in the 80's. looking forward to the new material. hope there is a movie in there in the near future.
