Your video of the day
Via Lisa Fortuner, a group of talented young men who put a not-so-atypical female comic shop customer on a pedestal so they can look up her dress.
One step forward, two steps back. If you have to ask why this song is indicative of (or parodying) the "just doesn’t get it" mentality, well, that’s what a comments section is for.
A lot of this depends on what comic store you go to. In the larger metropolitan shops, I don't really get that "squicky" feeling of being singled out or stared at too much, because there is a relatively higher percentage of women there & it's not a big deal. With some of the smaller places I get the "squick." I also find that the owner of the shop will really set the stage as to how females are treated there.
College stores, too. But beware of stores run by guys who look like they'd rather be playing D&D. Even if you would, too.
At the really good comic shops, the hot girls are working behind the counter.
My daughter thanks you for the compliment.
Your daughter's a lovely young woman, but not my type. She's a bit too– what's the phrase I'm looking for here? Oh, yeah: related to you.
Hmmm. I know you were still married as of last Saturday…
I would have accepted "colorful" without incident…
Certainly color-covered, at the very least.Adriane, it's not you, it's m– no, wait, it's not me. It's him. (Okay, him and my wife. But mostly him.)
