GET CRAZY is one of my favorites, too, and Arkush is severely underrated, imo. A few years ago, we went to see it at a Malcolm McDowell festival at Lincoln Center. The woman who curated it actually apologized for showing it! The nerve! I think Arkush put Paul Bartel in all his films.

When Chicago's PBS station, WTTW, first aired Monty Python's Flying Circus the booth announcer actually apologized for the broadcast. He was one of those extremely elitist classical music disc jockeys. Of course, I didn't handle that very well — I made a conditional $10,000 pledge if they'd nail his tongue to the floor during the next Begging For Dollars break.
