Neato! I suspected a link between St. John of Knives, Mannachs, GrimJack and the curse of successive reincarnation. Mannachs seems to imply that St. John of Knives is an earlier iteration of the GrimJack curse, maybe the first. Notice how the stitching in St. John of Knives costume crosses his eye the same way as John Gaunt's scar! Nice detail.I like how St. John and John Gaunt are able to quickly swallow all this existential drama and boil it down to "Bring it on, Bitch!"Others have pointed out similarities between Dancer and the Lord Protector. Maybe there are certain players and certain themes that reassert themselves in the successive lives of GrimJack.
