Hi Mr. Ostrander: I've been a fan of yours since 1984. I have the first and original copy of Grim Jack. You tell wonderful stories! Is there a way I can send you a direct email regarding a possible project?

I hope one of the reasons you do it is because you’re so great at it. I just sat down and re-read the Spectre. I remember some of it, but had forgotten a lot of it. I’d forgotten how much action there was; how much the characters were developed; how much you’d really made me think. Honestly, I’d even forgotten how straight up fun it was, even while being dark and disturbing at times.

I searched all around to find a way to contact you directly, wanting to share how much your work has meant to me (my first exposure to you was in Warp) over the years and let you know that it still works as well now as it did back then. Since I couldn’t find that, I hope you check these occasionally.

All I can add to that is thanks.
