I had just hit the road in Hartford Connecticut to drive back to Atlanta, when i turned on the radio to a local NPR station and they announced Henson’s death. It made the beginning of the drive a bit morose.

On a different note – my mother once tried to convince the agency she was working for to license the Muppet commercials for a local company. She failed, but another local agency grabbed them up for Claussen’s Bakeries.
