HaRav = the rabbi
HaGoan = the giant
Ha = the
HaWriter is playfully the mixing Hebrew article "ha" (the) with the English word Writer

goym is plural; goy is singular

Oh, that can't be right...I saw it the other way around on the internet. ;) See, I did do research. I just got the info from the wrong site.
