Is this the same Ryan Sohmer who made this comic: http://leasticoulddo.com/comic/20080508If so, this is the most ironic news I've heard all day. Thanks for the laughs.

Not to mention that this guy doesn't draw any of his own strips and his character of Rayne Summers is a sleaze bucket. I dislike how he's openly critical and hostile towards any overweight women, yet is hypocritically fine with having an overweight male character, to which he is openly accepting towards. Not only that, but the comic is misogynistic- most of the women are either sexual fodder or they're little more than giggle girls who either fawn all over the character and if any women *do* criticize him, they're quick to have their mind changed or just "don't really mean it". Basically put, I'd rather pay my own tuition than have my name attached to someone like this.

These books are Pure Comic Gold! Ryan Sohmer and Lar DeSouza are comic Geniuses! These comics always make me laugh, and you really feel like you get to know Rayne and the cast! Rayne is super funny and the things he does are Hysterical!! Keep up the AMAZING work because you guys are probably the best! But it's pretty obvious that any feminist would get offended by this stuff… SO in that Case DONT READ IT! Maybe you don't find it portraying woman to their full potential, but you should have some inclination that they are not serious about it…that's why it's a joke. And really if it's not your style of humor find a different comic to read. There not going to change their characters just because you got offended.
