When Disney purchased Pixar, Steve Jobs became the largest Disney shareholder.

When Disney purchases Marvel, where will the Marvel majority shareholders rank among Disney shareholders?

Issac Perlmutter should have about 21 million shares of Disney stock when all this is said and done. Just over 1% of Disney.

By contrast, Bob Iger has barely half a million shares. Michael Eisner still has 1.4 million shares, Roy Disney has about 16.5 million, and Steve Jobs has about 138 million, 7.4% of the current outstanding shares, which will drop to about 7.1% after stock dilution.

How many people have noticed/remembered that Bob Iger is Jerry Iger's (As in the Eisner Iger studio) nephew?

I didn't know that - but when Eisner was at Disney, i kept thinking that anything run by two guys named Eisner and Iger ought to be producing higher-quality stuff...
