There's also the possibility that the shield we saw in Iron Man is a copy, one of the ones made for the approximately 158 people who posed as Cap in the years between his disappearance and rediscovery. Stark may well have been part of the team who attempted to duplicate the One True Shield's unique properties, which he then tried to pass through to his armor.

I dig that idea for sure, especially because it'd be cool to see the multiple Captain Americas explored in a Cap sequel.

In terms of this picture alone, I'm really skeptical. All it is is a a blur (maybe someone preparing to cherry-dive if you really try). I can't see anything like a shield, let alone something to identify it even being a person. Maybe if someone outlined it or something like that to make it clearer, it might work. Even then, a Capt. America movie is already guaranteed, just like a Thor movie (Both are gonna be F*CKING AMAZING), but this little sh*t smear is'nt doing anything for me.
