"It can be a laborious read," isn't a resounding endorsement for any book.

I think the difference between "Graphic Journalism" and "Graphic History" is one of perspective. If Jacobsen and Colón had been able to fill in a second year in their title, it might have been called a "Graphic History."

I am interested to see how Jacobsen and Colón might deal with recent revelations of continuing gross incompetence and criminal deceit by the Bush Administration detailed in Ron Suskind's book, "The Way of the World."
