Shouldn't that be: "ARE you stupid?"

Tom,

I went to public school. BTW read the first paragraph...

I dunno ... "Are you stupid?" sounds better.

Tom

Michael EXPLAINED that at the top of the column. And he's right. It has a comedic wink when you say "Is you stupid?" which isn't there with "Are you stupid?" The former is funny, the latter is confrontational.

Mr. Ostrander,
Just love Grim Jack.
Any new series after The Manx Cat ends?
Has IDW stopped reprinting the First Comics series?

Tom,

GrimJack, one word, two capitals. As to reprints, I don't know. I have the original issues, so don't need reprints, but there was a list of what's in print in Previews, the order magazine for Diamond Comics Distribution a month or two ago. Such information might be available online.

"Larry the Cable Guy"'s "Here's your sign!" can come in handy in such circumstances, too.

That's Bill Engvall who does that but they both do the Blue Collar Comedy Tour together. Jeff Foxsworthy's "You might be a redneck. . .' series also describes behavior that falls in the realm of "Is You Stupid?"

Hey, Michael -- you didn't know you had so much in common with bubbas, did ya?

There must be some reason he was "elected" twice. And the last time is our own damn fault.
