The first? Didn't Mike Grell do one? Didn't Doug Moench and Paul Gulacy do one? Or is there a distinction I'm missing?

There are James Bond Comics and Graphic Novels going back as far as 1962. This is the first "Young James Bond" graphic novel. SO this could be the first Bond Graphic Novel if you are talking about the chronology of the character, the graphic novel featuring the youngest James Bond. That is until somebody gets the bright idea to start producing "Baby James Bond" books! Imagine a toddler packing a Walther PPK in his diaper!
