Mr. Raub,
The Batman series by Neal Adams was originally to be scripted by Frank Miller. Do you have any idea if this is still true?

Good question - and you are correct. At least that is what Neal had said back n 2007. This time, he didn't mention Frank at all. I am guessing that while this is still an an "Adams/Batman" project, it has taken a much different direction from the one originally discussed. Of course, the only way we will find out fully is when DC finally acknowledges it.
