'Iron Man', 'Wanted' Superbowl Trailers Hit the 'Net
New comic-based film trailers premiere during the big game
Superbowl XLII was exciting, sure - but did you catch the trailers for "Iron Man" and "Wanted" that debuted during the game? Well, don't worry if you were grabbing a beer when they aired, because the InterTubes always come through.
The new footage from "Iron Man" included quite a bit of Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) in full Iron Man armor, and showcased some of the heavier CGI-driven scenes you can expect to see when the film hits theaters May 2, 2008.
You can watch a high-definition version of the "Iron Man" trailer on apple.com, view the embedded version posted below (while it's still available) or peruse a gallery of screencaps from the "Iron Man" trailer at your leisure over at ComicBookResources.
The trailer for "Wanted" featured, well... a whole bunch of Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman. Jolie showed skin, Freeman showed... that he's pretty much a lock for the wise-but-dangerous Obi Wan Kenobi role in every movie. Oh, and we learned that great assassins can bend their bullets.
That's one to grow on!
You can check out the high-definition version of the "Wanted" trailer at Yahoo, view the embedded version below (while it's up) or check out a gallery of screencaps from the "Wanted" trailer at CBR, in case you're not a fan of the whole "moving picture."

I really think this could be the top of the Marvel movies if all the CGI doesn't loose you when viewing it. It has a great cast so that's a start in its favor.

wanted looked pretty cool and it is a great cast but still, Iron Man FTW!

Not living in an overly sporty household - we all pretty much watched the game for the commercials. I made all the guys watch the Iron Man trailer TWICE (thank you TiVo)!!!! Iron Man FTW x 2!!!!

The Iron Man spot was so hot!!! I cannot wait to see the whole movie. We all watched it over and over again last night.
