Something didn't sync up right with the text on page 58. It's all blurry on my computer at every resolution.

Otherwise, well the story has taken a HUGE twist! I was thinking that the two halves of the medallion might have had some kind of mystical incantation on them. Some kind of ruin of power. Now I'm thinking the medallions might have the formula for petroleum-free plastics on them. This spin into Corporate Spying, Global Economic Importance and Science Fiction is really a surprise.
