Ah - two of my favorite comic creators, kicking ass. Martha - Jo - BRAVO! Oh - and I think the guys did a great job on the lettering, coloring and editing too! I want to see much more from all concerned!

BRAVA! Amazing energy. Now we know why Amazons Attack! This has that nice blend of social and comics satire that's perfect for Munden's.

It's also nice to see a writer other than John Ostrander playing in Munden's Bar. Not that I don't LOVE Mr. Ostrander's writing. It's just that Munden's Bar is the heart of the pan-dimensional city of Cynosure. Part of the fun in that is that Munden's has always been that it's an open forum for any character, in any type of story by ANY writer or artist. That's an invitation to the imagination of the reader. Munden's is a place where illogically (because logic isn't always that important) Amazons could hang out with Ms. Tree or the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. It doesn't matter. Name your favorite character. Now imagine them stopping in for a drink at Munden's.

I was unfamiliar with Joanna Estep. But I am impressed. SO I stopped by her web site and journal. http://www.joannaestep.com/

Word from Ms. Estep's journal is that she will have something serialized on ComicMix soon. YEAH! I'm anticipating many more good things. Thanks. Rock on!

Martha, Martha, Martha,

That's the funniest thing I've read in months. I don't often lol, but I did several times.

Thanks also to Joanna for the great, expressive artwork.

And I'm very aware of the healing power of chocolate.

Why, it even works on ME!

Great issue, Martha. Not that I don't enjoy everything John writes, but it's great to see other writers stopping in at Munden's. I might be too much of a spring chicken to have read the original stories when they were first published, but having read the collection, I like the idea of everyone getting to dip their toes in. Encore, encore!

This is great and needs to replace all the pain reliever commercials for "that time of the month"

I just noticed that at the top of the page, it says Published by Comicmix, October 2007. Mentioning this just in case it matters about the date re: copyright and/or trademark.

The Issue Details for Munden's Bar takes it's date from the published date of Issue #1 in the Munden's Bar series. All the Munden's Bar issues (through #5) have a date of October 2007. This may have to do with the legalities of how these stories will eventually be collected and published. All the authors and artists will have the same time for their copyrights and contracts to simultaneously run together. This might make the bookwork and accounting easier. I don't know. Just a guess.

The cataloging on ComicMix sometimes gets a bit confused. EZ Street #32 is March 2008, while EZ Street #31 is April 2008. That might just be a typo.
