A wild and crazy cliffhanger with a Gottmögen ex machina! This was ludicrous, preposterous and wonderful! Huge! EPIC! Action! Spectacular! This ROCKS!

I like how the pages are dominated by sound effects. It gives page #186 an eerie silence. I'd like to "hear/see" a few fupitas on page #187, maybe snaking in between the "Grab the rope" fupatafupata "Grab the rope" Just a hint of the gyro-copter on the next page.

There is nothing quite like an explosion to ramp up the excitement, Russ!

This scene is subjective. So I take it all "silent" after the explosion because LONE JUSTICE is deafened and nearly unconscious. On the other hand - there is a great deal of noise going on during this "silent" segment - the explosion is still echoing around the surrounding hills, the water is roaring and the impact of the debris is pretty noisy too. I actually thought I was taking a liberty to allow LONE JUSTICE to hear the fupatafupata and the dialog - at all!

And this is a good place to mention that in last week's episode of LONE JUSTICE I started using some new Photoshop brushes that I got from Obsidian Dawn. Very useful and painterly brushes can be found there - along with other unique styles as well. Worth checking out.
