Michael Turner and the guys at Aspen can learn a few things from Mr. Grell!

A f-e-w things?

AND they could learn things from his earliest works. (As long as we are naming names, may as well name dates, too.)

Page 89: Is this how Jon Sable (and Mike Grell) see all the women in his life, as sex objects? Jon is near death, taking stock of his life; so what does he imagine? His women are lined up like a series of Playboy Centerfolds.

Yeah, Jon Sable Freelance ought to have an element of adolescent male fantasy, but this is gratuitous and silly.

This is fantastic, beautiful artwork and storytelling. Thanks so much for posting it. I hope to own the graphic novel someday.
