The problem? The author continues to spout Marvel, Marvel, Marvel without ever considering that DC isn’t Marvel. Nor should they.

    • The problem is that Marvel proved you could tell a comic book story within a movie and not use it as an excuse to just decimate virtual real estate. If you liked the movie, and DC movies in general? Enjoy them. But for real? It’s certainly OK for me to want to point out that DC isn’t like Marvel… but they could certainly use a few pointers from them.

No, the author says “Marvel does it right”. They do.

DC (mostly) does it wrong, and he points that out, too.

On the other hand, I’m looking forward to many of DC’s new comics (including the new pop-up shop imprint) and enjoying a couple of the DC TV shows.
